สถาบันเทคโนโลยีจิตรลดาเข้าร่วมโครงการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านอาชีวศึกษาระหว่างประเทศไทยกับสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ ระหว่างวันที่ 2–6 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ ประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาของสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ ซึ่งเป็นระบบที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ โดยเฉพาะรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาแบบทวิภาคีที่เชื่อมโยงการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษากับการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงในสถานประกอบการ
ในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ คณะผู้แทนได้เข้าประชุมและศึกษาดูงานกับหน่วยงานสำคัญ 4 แห่ง ได้แก่ Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training หรือ SFUVET ณ กรุงเบิร์น, B.H.M.S. Business & Hotel Management School ณ เมืองลูเซิร์น, GIBB Vocational School ณ กรุงเบิร์น และบริษัท Syngenta ณ เมืองบาเซิล ซึ่งเป็นภาคเอกชนด้านเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรของสวิตเซอร์แลนด์
สาระสำคัญจากการศึกษาดูงาน คือการเรียนรู้ระบบอาชีวศึกษาที่ภาคเอกชนมีบทบาทร่วมกับสถานศึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิด ผู้เรียนในระบบ apprenticeship ของสวิตเซอร์แลนด์จะฝึกปฏิบัติในบริษัทประมาณ 3–4 วันต่อสัปดาห์ และเรียนภาคทฤษฎีในโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษา 1–2 วันต่อสัปดาห์ โดยหลักสูตรถูกออกแบบตามอาชีพและสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานจริง นอกจากนี้ SFUVET ยังมีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาครูอาชีวศึกษาและผู้ฝึกอบรมในสถานประกอบการ ผ่านแนวทาง Train the Trainer ที่เน้นการออกแบบสถานการณ์การเรียนรู้ให้สะท้อนบริบทการทำงานจริง
การเยี่ยมชม B.H.M.S. ช่วยเปิดมุมมองด้านการจัดการศึกษาธุรกิจโรงแรม การบริการ และ culinary entrepreneurship ซึ่งเชื่อมโยงกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรด้านธุรกิจอาหารและการบริการของสถาบัน ขณะที่การเยี่ยมชม GIBB ทำให้เห็นแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาที่ทำงานร่วมกับสถานประกอบการอย่างเป็นระบบ ส่วนการหารือกับ Syngenta เป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการเรียนรู้บทบาทของภาคเอกชนต่อการพัฒนากำลังคนด้านเกษตรนวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยีการเกษตร และความมั่นคงทางอาหาร

บทเรียนจากการเดินทางครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีจิตรลดา โดยเฉพาะการพัฒนารูปแบบ Work-integrated and Occupation-based Education ที่เชื่อมโยงสถานศึกษา ภาคเอกชน และผู้เรียนเข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อยกระดับการผลิตกำลังคนคุณภาพสูงในสาขาธุรกิจอาหาร นวัตกรรมอาหาร การบริการ เกษตรนวัตกรรม และการประกอบการ ให้ตอบโจทย์เศรษฐกิจและสังคมในอนาคต

Chitralada Technology Institute Explores Swiss Vocational Education Model
Advancing Cooperation in Vocational Education, Hospitality, and Agricultural Technology
Chitralada Technology Institute participated in the Thailand–Switzerland vocational education cooperation visit from 2–6 June 2026 in Switzerland. The visit aimed to study Switzerland’s internationally recognized vocational education and training system, particularly its dual-track model that integrates school-based learning with hands-on training in companies.
During the visit, the delegation met with four key organizations: the Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training, or SFUVET, in Bern; B.H.M.S. Business & Hotel Management School in Lucerne; GIBB Vocational School in Bern; and Syngenta in Basel, a leading Swiss private-sector company in agricultural technology.
A key lesson from the visit was the strong role of the private sector in Switzerland’s apprenticeship system. Swiss apprentices typically spend three to four days per week in company-based training and one to two days per week in vocational schools. Curricula are designed around specific occupations and the competencies required in real work settings. SFUVET also plays an important role in developing vocational teachers and company trainers through a Train the Trainer approach that emphasizes practical, work-based learning situations.
The visit to B.H.M.S. provided valuable insights into hospitality education, service excellence, and culinary entrepreneurship, which are closely aligned with CDTI’s interests in food business and service innovation. The visit to GIBB Vocational School demonstrated how vocational schools and companies work together in implementing the dual-track model at the school level. The meeting with Syngenta offered important perspectives on the role of industry in developing future talent in agricultural technology, sustainable agriculture, and food security.

The knowledge gained from this visit will support CDTI’s future development of a Work-integrated and Occupation-based Education model suited to the Thai context. This approach will strengthen collaboration among educational institutions, industry partners, and learners, while enhancing CDTI’s capacity to develop high-quality graduates in food business, food innovation, hospitality, agricultural innovation, and entrepreneurship for the future economy and society.
