เมื่อวันที่ 18 พฤษภคม 2569 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สันทนีย์ ผาสุข รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ ให้การต้อนรับ Prof. Dr. Heinz Bernhardt Chair of Agricultural Engineering และนักวิจัยจาก TUM School of Life Sciences, Technical University of Munich (TUM) ในโอกาสเยือนประเทศไทยระหว่างวันที่ 18–19 พฤษภาคม 2569 เพื่อหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและเยี่ยมชมหน่วยงานด้านเกษตรนวัตกรรมและวิจัยในพื้นที่ของสำนักเกษตรนวัต
การเยือนครั้งนี้สะท้อนความต่อเนื่องของความร่วมมือระหว่าง CDTI และ TUM โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนางานวิจัยร่วม (Collaborative Research) การแลกเปลี่ยนคณาจารย์และนักวิจัย (Research Internship) ตลอดจนการสร้างระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมด้านอาหารและเกษตรสมัยใหม่ร่วมกัน
ระหว่างการเยี่ยมชมสำนักวิชาเกษตรนวัต คูโบต้า ฟาร์ม และหน่วยงานวิจัยในพื้นที่ EECi คณาจารย์ทั้งสองสถาบันได้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดด้าน Agricultural Systems Engineering, Smart Farming และ Plant Factory รวมถึงหารือแนวทางการพัฒนางานวิจัยให้เชื่อมโยงกับปัญหาจริงของภาคอุตสาหกรรมและเกษตรกรรมสมัยใหม่
นอกจากนี้ คณาจารย์ของ CDTI ยังได้รับคำแนะนำจาก Prof. Dr. Heinz Bernhardt เกี่ยวกับการตั้งคำถามวิจัย (Research Question Development) การออกแบบงานวิจัยเชิงประยุกต์ และการพัฒนางานวิจัยให้สามารถต่อยอดสู่การใช้งานจริงและความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของเทคโนโลยีเกษตรและระบบอาหารแห่งอนาคต
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของ CDTI ในการสร้างเครือข่ายวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ และเปิดโอกาสให้คณาจารย์และนักวิจัยได้เรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์จริงร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำระดับโลกอย่าง TU

CDTI and TUM Strengthen Collaboration in Research and Agricultural Technology Innovation
Chitralada Technology Institute (CDTI), led by Asst. Prof. Santanee Phasuk, Ph.D., Vice President for Academic Affairs, welcomed Prof. Dr. Heinz Bernhardt, Chair of Agricultural Engineering, and researchers from the TUM School of Life Sciences, Technical University of Munich (TUM), during their visit to Thailand on 18–19 May 2026. The visit aimed to discuss academic collaboration and conduct technical visits to innovation and research facilities at CDTI’s School of Innovative Agriculture.
The visit reflects the continued collaboration between CDTI and TUM, focusing on collaborative research, research internship opportunities for faculty members and researchers, as well as the development of innovation ecosystems in food and modern agriculture.
During the visit to CDTI’s School of Innovative Agriculture in Rayong, Kubota Farm, and research facilities within the Eastern Economic Corridor of Innovation (EECi), both institutions exchanged ideas and explored future collaborations in Agricultural Systems Engineering, Smart Farming, and Plant Factory technologies. Discussions also emphasized how research can be better connected to real-world industrial and agricultural challenges.
In addition, CDTI faculty members received valuable guidance from Prof. Dr. Heinz Bernhardt regarding research question development, applied research design, and strategies for transforming research into practical applications and international collaborations, particularly in the context of agricultural technology and future food systems.
This collaboration marks another important milestone for CDTI in strengthening its international academic network and providing opportunities for faculty members and researchers to gain hands-on experience through collaboration with a world-leading institution such as TUM.
