เมื่อระหว่างวันที่ 24–26 พฤศจิกายน 2568
ผู้แทนสถาบันเทคโนโลยีจิตรลดา (CDTI) นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สันทนีย์ ผาสุข รองอธิการบดี พร้อมด้วย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.บุศรากรณ์ มหาโยธี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศักดิพล เจือศรีกุล และ
อาจารย์ณัฐพงศ์ วีระทวีพร เดินทางไปเยือน TUM School of Life Sciences, Technical University of Munich (TUM) ณ วิทยาเขตไวเอินซเตฟัน เมือง Freising ประเทศเยอรมนี เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการ วิจัย และนวัตกรรมร่วมกับหนึ่งในมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำของยุโรปด้านอาหาร เกษตร และเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ หลังจากเมื่อวันที่ 18-22 สิงหาคม 2568 ที่ TUM School of Life Sciences มาเยือนสถาบันการศึกษาหลายแห่งประเทศไทยโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเยี่ยมชมและหารือแนวทาง/กรอบความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานและสถาบันการศึกษาหลายแห่งในประเทศไทย ในครั้งนี้ คณะเข้าเยี่ยมชมศูนย์วิจัยระดับโลก เช่น
- Leibniz Institute for Food Systems Biology (LSB)
- BayBioMS – Biomolecular Mass Spectrometry Center
- TUMmesa – Environmental Simulation Center
- Plant Technology Center & Greenhouses/Phytochambers (GPU)
- Agri-PV Research Station
- Research Center for Brewing and Food Quality (BLQ)
รวมถึงเข้าพบและหารือกับคณาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ อาทิ Prof. Katharina Scherf, Prof. Kang Yu, Prof. Heinz Bernhardt และ Prof. Sara Leonhardt เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้าน Flavor Science, Food Chemistry, Climate-smart Agriculture, Plant Science และ Agricultural Engineering
อีกหนึ่งไฮไลต์สำคัญ ได้แก่ การเยี่ยมชม TUM Venture Lab Food/Agro/Biotech (FAB) ซึ่งเป็นระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมที่เข้มแข็งที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งในยุโรป โดย Dr. Roman Bosl Werner ได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงกลยุทธ์ต่อการพัฒนา “CDTI Delta Project” และยืนยันความพร้อมที่จะร่วมเป็นที่ปรึกษาทางด้านนวัตกรรมในอนาคต
CDTI ขอแสดงความขอบพระคุณอย่างสูงต่อผู้บริหารทั้งสี่ท่านจาก TUM School of Life Sciences ได้แก่ Prof. Dr. Martin Klingenspor คณบดีที่ให้การสนับสนุนความร่วมมือในระดับยุทธศาสตร์ Prof. Dr. Sara Leonhardt รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ที่ให้คำแนะนำด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และแนวทางความร่วมมือที่เหมาะสม พร้อมทั้งขอขอบพระคุณเป็นพิเศษต่อ Prof. Dr. Stephan Schrettl หัวหน้าฝ่ายความร่วมมือต่างประเทศสำหรับการประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดและการเชื่อมโยงนักวิจัยจากหลากหลายหน่วยงาน ทำให้ความร่วมมือมีความเป็นรูปธรรมมากยิ่งขึ้น และ Dr. Lisa Göpfert จากฝ่ายความร่วมมือต่างประเทศ ที่ดูแลการวางแผนและจัดโปรแกรมเยือนอย่างครบถ้วน ทำให้การเดินทางครั้งนี้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและเกิดประสิทธิผลสูงสุด
การเยือนครั้งนี้ช่วยยกระดับความร่วมมือระหว่าง CDTI และ TUM ให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น พร้อมนำไปสู่โครงการวิจัยร่วม ระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมด้านอาหาร–เกษตร และโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์ในระยะยาว

CDTI Strengthens Research and Innovation Collaboration with TUM School of Life Sciences
From 24–26 November 2025, the delegation from Chitralada Technology Institute (CDTI), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Santhanee Phasuk, Vice President and Dean of the School of Agrotechnology, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Busarakorn Mahayothee, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sakdipon Juasrikul, and Mr. Natthapong Weerataweeporn, visited the TUM School of Life Sciences, Technical University of Munich (TUM) at the Weihenstephan campus in Germany. The visit aimed to deepen academic collaboration, joint research, and innovation development with one of Europe’s leading institutions in food, agriculture, and biotechnology.
The delegation visited several world-class research centers, including:

In addition, the delegation held discussions with distinguished faculty members such as Prof. Katharina Scherf, Prof. Kang Yu, Prof. Heinz Bernhardt, and Prof. Sara Leonhardt, exploring future collaboration in areas including flavor science, food chemistry, climate-smart agriculture, plant science, and agricultural engineering.
A key highlight of the visit was the engagement with the TUM Venture Lab Food/Agro/Biotech (FAB), one of the most dynamic innovation ecosystems in Europe. Dr. Roman Bosl Werner provided strategic insights to support the development of the “CDTI Delta Project” and expressed his willingness to continue serving as an innovation advisor to CDTI.
CDTI extends its sincere appreciation to the TUM leadership team for their exceptional support. Special thanks go to Prof. Dr. Martin Klingenspor, Dean of the School of Life Sciences, for his strategic encouragement; Prof. Dr. Sara Leonhardt, Vice Dean for Research & Innovation, for her scientific guidance; Prof. Dr. Stephan Schrettl, Head of International Relations, for his close coordination and for connecting the CDTI delegation with key research units across TUM; and Dr. Lisa Göpfert, International Relations Officer, for her meticulous planning and hospitality, which ensured a smooth, meaningful, and highly productive visit.
This visit significantly strengthened the partnership between CDTI and TUM, paving the way for future joint research projects, innovation ecosystem development, and long-term student and faculty exchange programs in the fields of food, agriculture, and life sciences.
