Tanaka Educational Group and Chitralada Technology Institute signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on a “Sister School Agreement” and cultural exchange activities.

On Tuesday, January 25, 2022, Associate Professor Dr. Khunying Sumontha Promboon, President of Chitralada Technology Institute, and Mr. Ryoichi Tanaka, President of TEG and Kokusai Confectionary College, signed the “Sister School Agreement” via the ZOOM Meeting, which was witnessed by executives, faculty, and staff members from both institutes. The objective is to promote student exchange programs and knowledge sharing on food and culture. 
Initially, TEG proposed organizing a group of 25 high school students, teachers, and administrators to visit Chitralada Technology Institute in November 2022 to exchange knowledge of Thai and Japanese cooking arts and to allow TEG students to experience life, cultural tourism, and volunteer activities in Thailand for 8-10 days. In exchange, Chitralada Technology Institute is pleased to provide accommodation in the form of a Host Family and student dormitory for TEG’s students and is planning to send CDTI students to TEG in the future to exchange cooking knowledge, arts, and culture.
